Our Supervisors: qualified to NVQ level 3, first aid trained, responsible for important roles within the nursery. Our Staff: The Supervisors are fully supported by qualified and experienced staff, including a high proportion of level 3 and level 2 practitioners.
We have 3 qualified first aiders permanently in attendance as well as 2 Safeguarding Officers, Behaviour Management officer, Health and Safety Officers, Food Hygiene, Equality Officer, Fire Marshall plus many other curriculum responsibilities.
Each child’s Key Person will work closely with parents or carers, informing them of their child’s progress and achievements, discussing future plans and objectives together. This is documented in the child’s ‘Learning Journey’ which contains regular observations of each child’s development as well as the child’s own work and is regularly updated with input from both practitioner and parent. When your child leaves Greenway this ‘Learning Journey’ will be given to you to provide to the next school or to keep.
